Anneke Campbell has worked as a midwife and nurse, as a college teacher of English, and is a writer in a number of genres with awards for poetry, journalism and an Emmy winning television script. She writes and co-produces videos for environmental and social justice organizations, and co-wrote with Thomas Linzey a manual for activists, We The People: Stories from the Community Rights Movement in the United States. She edited an anthology on women’s leadership: Moonrise: The Power of Women Leading from the Heart. She teaches yoga and end of life guidance while living and working as a community activist in Los Angeles, California.
