In this webinar, constitutional law professors Enrique Luzuriaga and Pedro Puertas, along with Hugo Echeverria, the Center for Democratic and Environmental Rights (CDER) Ecuador attorney, addressed the rights of nature and cases before Ecuador’s Constitutional Court. The panel addressed three pending cases: River Dulcepamba, River Piatúa, and Nangaritza Forest. UTPL Constitutional Law Professor Israel Celi served as the panel moderator.

En este seminario web, los profesores de derecho constitucional Enrique Luzuriaga y Pedro Puertas, junto con Hugo Echeverría, abogado del Centro por los Derechos Democráticos y Ambientales (CDER) en Ecuador, abordaron los derechos de la naturaleza y los casos ante la Corte Constitucional de Ecuador.
