The Telegraph: Ireland’s countryside may be given ‘human rights’ to provide legal protection for natural landscape

On December 16th, 2023, Jörg Luyken wrote for The Telegraph on the latest rights of nature developments in Ireland, where a Parliamentary committee recommended that the rights of nature be considered for the Ireland Constitution.
